Linking transport to order items in the Transports submenu

If you want to link a transport to one or more order items, do the following:
  1. In the Menu bar, click Order.
  2. In the Submenu, click Transports.
  3. Open a transport using the filters.
  4. In the View menu, click Order items.
    In the Order items view, you get an overview of the order items that you can link to this particular transport (1) and the items that are currently linked (2).
  5. Optionally, use the Search bar and/or use the drop-down menu to filter the available order items.
  6. Drag and drop the order item(s) you want to link into the Selected Stock Configuration section.
    Tip: To remove an order item, click > Detach.
  7. Click Approve.
    Note: All changes have now been saved automatically when you change the status.
The order items have been linked to the transport, which has been approved.
Next, you can process the order item.
Note: The arrival date of the transport must be filled in before you can process the order item.
