Reporting every product separately

  1. Open an order item using the filters.
  2. On the product tile, choose > Report.
  3. Select a Shift and Location from the drop-down menus.
    Note: These fields are automatically filled in if the information is included in the order or order item.
  4. Click and Complete.
    The status of the operation report will appear on the upper right side of the page.
    Note: If something is not correct, a warning will appear below the status. Hover over Pending to see the error message.
  5. Go back to the order item. Click the order item sequence number and click Details in the View menu.
  6. Repeat the reporting process for all other planned goods.
  7. When all products have been reported, click Execution in the View menu to check whether all products have been reported correctly.
    Note: For loading and discharging order items, the products in the Execution tab are ordered by product in a grid. For stock change order items, the products are ordered in tiles. Make sure you have checked every product before continuing.
  8. Click in the task bar to save any changes.
  9. Click Complete.
  10. When you have finished editing the order item, click Close.
In the Financial tab of the View menu for the order item, the revenue lines will be generated. You can still manage the revenue lines.
Note: The revenue lines are also visible in the Financial tab of the order.
Note: Revenue lines may also appear in the Financial tab of the transport if there are tariffs with a transport as target.
Next, you can complete and close the transport and complete the order. You can also manage the operation reports of the goods you have reported.
