Closing an order

  1. Complete and close all order items in the order.
    When you close the last order item of an order, a pop-up window will appear with the suggestion to close the order.
  2. Choose one of the following options:
    • Click OK if no more operations are expected to be executed.
    • Click Cancel if the order is still pending, for example if one or more transport(s) is still en route or more order items need to be added later. Complete and close the transports linked to the order.
    Note: If you have closed an order and want to make changes where possible, click Reopen to edit the order.
The order has now been closed. Only the revenue lines can still be edited.
Next, you can manage the revenue lines for the order to create an invoice.
