Cancelling an order, order item or transport

You can cancel an order, order item or transport if, for example, the customer has cancelled the transport or order.

  1. Open an order, order item or transport using the filters.
    Note: You can only cancel order, order items or transport with a certain status:
    • Order: Open
    • Order item: Open, Approved
    • Transport: Open, Approved
  2. In the task bar, click Cancel.
  3. In the pop-up window, click OK.
The order, order item or transport now has the status Cancelled and is closed. You cannot edit a cancelled order, order item or transport, but you can search for them using the filters.
Note: if you cancel an order, the transports linked to that order will be unlinked.
Note: If you cancel an order item, the transports linked to that order item will be unlinked.
Note: If you cancel a transport, the order items linked to that transport will be unlinked, but the order(s) are still visible in the transport overview.
