Consulting an operation report

There are three types of operation reports:
  • Stock movement report: an overview of all loading and discharging operations
  • Stock operations report: an overview of all stock change and VAS operations of goods
  • Combined report: a condensed combination of a stock movement and operations report
  1. In the Module menu, click Stevedoring.
  2. In the Menu bar, click Reports.
  3. In the submenu, click Operation Reports.
  4. Fill in From and To or select the dates using the calendar buttons.
  5. Optionally, fill in more fields to make the report more specific.
    Tip: To reset the filters, click Reset.
  6. Choose which report you want to obtain:
    • Click Stock Movements Extended.
    • Click Stock Operations Extended.
    • Click Stock Movements and Operations Combined.
An Excel report is generated. You can either open or save it.
