Consulting an inventory report

There are two types of inventory reports:
  • Stock inventory report: an overview of the inventory matching the selected filter criteria
  • Cycle count report: an overview of the inventory for the selected location group, the stock as well as empty fields
  1. In the Module menu, click Stevedoring.
  2. In the Menu bar, click Reports.
  3. In the Submenu, click Inventory Reports.
  4. Fill in the criteria you want to include in the report.
    Tip: Using more filters will reduce the search time and optimize the results.
    Tip: To reset the filters, click Reset.
  5. Choose which report you want to obtain:
    • Click Cycle Count Report.
    • Click Stock Inventory.
An Excel report is generated. You can either open or save it.
