Configuring a company property

To configure types of information to add an external parties, for example banks, cost centre, etc., do the following:
  1. In the Module menu, click CRM.
  2. In the Menu bar, click Configuration.
  3. In the Submenu, click Company Property.
  4. Click .
  5. Fill in the following fields:
    Field Task
    Code Fill in a short description of the name, for example NM
    Name Fill in the description in full, for example Name
  6. Select a Type:
    • Combo box (define the properties)
    • Check box
    • Date Time
    • Date
    • Time
    • Long Description
    • Partner Lookup
    • Number
    • Text Box
    • Container IMDG Lookup
    • Container ISO Lookup
    • Location Lookup
    • Shift
  7. Click Save.
