Creating a discharging and loading order item

To add discharging and loading order items or operations to an order, do the following:

  1. Create an order or open one in the Order submenu using the filters.
  2. In the View menu, click Order Items.
  3. Click next to Open and click Add.
    Tip: If you have already created an order item for an order, a tile will be visible in the grid. By clicking in the tile below Open, you can create an order item with the same grouping criteria.
  4. Select an operation type from the drop-down menu:
    • Discharging
    • Loading
  5. Click Save.
    The operation type appears next to the order number.
  6. Select an Operation and Cost Centre.
    Note: The cost centre is automatically filled in if it has been configured for the selected customer.
  7. Optionally, fill in the other fields.
    Note: Filling in more fields will make the newly created element more detailed and easier to search for.
  8. Click in the task bar to save any changes.
The order item has been created and saved.
Next, you can add planned goods to the order item.
