Configuring a warehouse rent tariff

  1. In the Module menu, click Financial.
  2. Fill in the following fields:
    Note: Type / Target and Warehouse Rent Type have already been filled in and can no longer be edited.
    Field Task
    Code Fill in a short description of the name, for example NM
    Description Fill in a longer description with more details.
    Issuer Select a value from the drop-down menu.
    Service Account Select a value from the drop-down menu.
    Status

    Toggle the Status button to (de)activate the configuration.

    Period From/To Fill in the dates or select them using the calendar buttons.
    Customers Select a value from the drop-down menu.
    Invoice Partner Select a value from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select a type of tariff:
    Type of tariff Task
    Normal
    1. Select a value for the drop-down menu for Currency and Unit.
    2. Fill in a number or use the up/down arrow buttons for Min/Max (EUR) and Tariff (EUR).
    Range
    1. Select a value for the drop-down menu for Currency and Unit.
    2. Fill in a number or use the up/down arrow buttons for Min/Max (EUR).
    3. Select a Range Type (and Range Unit and measurement unit, if necessary).
    4. Click
    5. Fill in values in the From an To columns and fill in a Tariff for that range.
    6. Click outside the field to save the changes.
  4. In the Rent section, do the following:
    1. Fill in a number for the rent Period and selecting a measurement unit.
    2. Fill in a number of days for the Free Period (Days).
    3. Toggle the buttons next to Include First Day and Include Last Day to include or exclude them from the rent period.
  5. Click the Stock Info section and do the following:
    1. Fill in the following fields:
      Field Task
      Product Select a value from the drop-down menu.
      Owner Select a value from the drop-down menu.
      Location Select a value from the drop-down menu.
    2. Select one or more Base Units or leave the field set to Any.
    3. Add Stock Properties. Click , select a Property and fill in a Value.
    4. Select which Storage Units to include and if possible, select one value or more.
  6. Click the Product section and do the following:
    1. Select one or more Product Groups.
    2. Add Product Properties. Click , select a Property and fill in a Value.
  7. Click in the task bar to save any changes.
    Tip: Click to save the tariff and copy it. A similar tariff will be created with the Status toggled to Inactive and the Period fields made blank.
The tariff has been created and can be used to create an invoice.
