Filtering fields
A selected overview of fields used for filtering.
Field | Task |

Auto Revenue Needed | Select whether the search results should only include order items or transports where Auto Revenue Needed is toggled on. |
Cost Centre | Select or search for a department within the company to which costs can be allocated. |
Direction | Select whether the transport is inbound or outbound:

External ID | Fill in an external reference number (for example, provided by the customer) which is linked to the order or order number. External ID is often used as a tracking number in the inventory. |
External Number | Fill in an external reference number (for example, provided by the customer). External Number can be used to do a top-down search. For example, if you are searching for an order, you can fill in the external number of an order item linked to the order. The order you are looking for will be included in the results. |
File Manager | Select the user who has created the order. |
Property | Fill in a transport property value. |
Public ID | Fill in an ID for the transport, for example, the license plate of a truck or trailer, a container or train car number. This public ID is often used in EDI messages and transport confirmations. |
Reference | Fill in an external reference number. This number must be unique. Which number to fill in here depends on the context:

SP 1, 2, 3 | Select a stock property. Note: A stock property is not the same as a product property. A product property is a property that is always the same for that particular product, for example a bottle of water always contains a litre. A stock property can be different in various contexts, for example a client PO number that changes from shipment to shipment. |
Status | Select or remove one or more status(es). |
System ID | Fill in a unique reference number. The system ID is usually similar to public ID. |
