  1. In the Module menu, click CRM.
  2. In the Menu bar, click Configuration.

Features

In the CRM Configuration module, you can configure the following:

Characteristic Meaning
Company Role Specify your relation to an external party, such as customers, suppliers, etc.
Company Property Add certain types of information to an external party, for example site, origin, terminal, etc.
Sector Specify the sector an external party is active in, for example petrochemistry, steel industry, etc.
Function Add a new function to an external party's profile when creating a new contact.
Address Type Define a format for addresses when creating a new contact.
Communication Type Define a medium of communication when creating a new contact.
