Create an order or open one in the Order submenu using the filters.
In the View menu, click Order Items.
Click next to Open and click Add.
Select the operation type VAS from the drop-down menu.
Click Save.
Select an Operation and Cost Centre.
Note: The cost centre is automatically filled in if it has been configured for the selected customer.
In the VAS tab, click next to Recipe Type and click Add.
In the Add window, do the following:
In the VAS section, select a recipe from the drop-down menu.
Add planned goods in the From Stock and To Stock sections by using stock selection or creating planned goods.
Note: If you are using stock selection, the planned goods are all added to From Stock. Move a tile to To Stock by clicking and dragging it.
Click Save.
Tip: Click Save & Copy if you want to create a similar VAS operation. Apply further changes if necessary. You can also click > Add in the row the tile is located in.
Click in the task bar to save any changes.
The VAS order item has been created and saved.The order item is ready to be approved.
